emerse develops an AI-based training platform for realistic conversation practice. Our customers and partners use emerse to practice handling difficult situations before they arise in real-world work scenarios. This includes, in particular, the following areas:

  • Customer Service

Instead of training videos or traditional e-learning, users practice these situations with realistic AI avatars and receive immediate interactive feedback.

Large organizations across various industries rely on emerse to make modern learning effective, scalable, and practical.

You will guide and support them in this process.

Role

We are looking for a Learning & Enablement Expert to accompany our customers and partners on their journey with emerse and guide them to success.

You will work closely with L&D experts, HR, and a wide range of business departments at our customers’ companies, translating learning objectives into concrete training formats and ensuring that these are applied effectively in everyday work and consistently engage users.

The role is highly practical, customer-focused, and requires a confident, professional demeanor.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with clients from various industries and of all sizes
  • Translating business and learning objectives into concrete training modules on the platform
  • Preparing and conducting (administrative) onboarding sessions and introductions
  • Occasional participation in industry conferences or client events
  • Creating, adapting, and structuring training programs and scenarios
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for technical and content-related questions
  • Supporting clients during the implementation and use of training programs
  • Working closely with Sales and Product

Requirements

  • Experience in learning and development, training, enablement, or adult education
  • Excellent German language skills; fluency in English is a plus
  • Confident demeanor when interacting with clients and partners
  • A structured approach to work and a strong focus on execution
  • Interest in modern learning solutions, technology, and AI
  • Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with digital learning platforms or AI is a plus.

However, openness, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Job Details

  • Remote within Germany
  • Occasional in-person meetings with the team in Munich, Nuremberg, or Jena, as arranged
