
In this training, you will conduct a conversation with a highly committed but frustrated employee. Despite enormous dedication to a demanding project, they learn that their overtime will not be compensated. They are exhausted, angry, and feel undervalued. As long as you argue defensively, try to pacify them, or downplay the issue, positions harden. Only when you take their emotions seriously, show accountability, and develop solutions together does willingness to engage and a constructive outlook emerge.
