In this training, you experience a conversation between two employees who are in conflict and argue their positions emotionally. As long as you appear biased or downplay the conflict, the situation remains tense. Only when you moderate neutrally, hear both sides, and work out a fair solution do the parties open up and become willing to accept compromises.
